📅 Booking & Appointment Policy

• ✓ All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
• ✓ A valid phone number and email are required for booking confirmation
• ✓ Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
• ✓ Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling

❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling

• ✓ Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before appointment time
• ✓ Late cancellations may incur a 50% service fee
• ✓ No-shows without notice will be charged 100% of service price

💰 Deposit & Payment Policy

• ✓ A 20% deposit is required to secure all appointments
• ✓ We accept: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Cash App, Zelle
• ✓ Full payment is due at the time of service

🧼 Health & Safety Guidelines

• ✓ Hair must be clean, detangled, and product-free before service
• ✓ Please inform us of any scalp sensitivities or allergies
• ✓ We maintain strict sanitation protocols for all tools and stations
